Order Information
Orders may be placed -
- via secured online ordering with PayPal Shopping Cart,
- by e-mail to susanna@crystalaccents.com, or
- by phone to (925) 890-7672
If placing orders by e-mail, please provide item name and quantities, as well as your shipping address. If placing by e-mail, I will respond within 24 hours after I receive your order to confirm items and order total.
Online Ordering and Payment via Credit Card or Checking with your secured PayPal Account: Within 24 hours after we receive your order, we will send a request to make payment via PayPal. Then make your payment using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover) or have funds withdrawn directly from your checking account with your secured PayPal account. Just add items to your shopping cart, then "checkout." An automatic confirmation of your order will show up on your browser. You may want to print the confirmation page for your records.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours with the total amount of your order. Should you have selected to pay with PayPal, you will need to submit payment to susanna@crystalaccents.com before your order will be shipped.
Since all items shown in this brochure are handmade by me, the minimum length of time needed to fill an order is one week. If a rush order is needed, please call and I'll be happy to accommodate if feasible.
Payment Methods: We accept money orders and eChecks for domestic orders. We also accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) via PayPal.
Susanna Ordway Jewelry Designs/Crystal Accents is registered as a retail business in the state of California, so our California customers must pay sales tax. The sales tax rate on mail order items applies only to your subtotal (the total of the merchandise, excluding shipping charges). For more information on California sales and use tax requirements, you may visit http://www.boe.ca.gov.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment is normally expected within 14 days of the order date unless prior arrangements are made. If 30 days have elapsed since the order was made without payment being received, we will consider the transaction canceled.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work starts. After completion of order, the remaining balance must be received before shipment.
Shipping Information: Our policy is to ship your items as reliably, inexpensively and quickly as possible. We don't charge a handling fee and do not make any profit from shipping. We charge enough shipping just to cover the cost of shipping supplies and postage. Depending on the weight of your order, our default shipping method is first class USPS, which typically takes anywhere from 5 to 10 days for delivery (and may take longer during the holiday season), or USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days. If you need faster delivery of your order, Federal Express Standard Overnight is also available. In any case, you may select the method of shipping that you prefer.
Shipping Options:
USPS First Class (for orders up to 13 oz - usually between 5 - 10 days)
USPS Priority Mail (usually between 2 - 3 days)
Federal Express Standard Overnight (by 4:30 p.m the next day)
A note about insurance: While we take great care in properly packaging items, please understand that we cannot replace or be responsible for reimbursement of uninsured items. We do not require you to insure your package, but do strongly encourage it if the order is over $100, in the small chance that the package is lost or damaged in transit.
Tracking your package enroute: Tracking is available for First Class mail (additional fee), Priority mail (additional fee), and Express mail (free).
Return/Refund Policy: Any item(s) purchased from Susanna Ordway Jewelry Designs/Crystal Accents may be returned for a credit or refund of the full purchase price (this is the total amount paid less shipping/insurance costs) or exchanged for an equal value of any other in-stock item(s). Returns must be in their unused condition and original packaging, and received within 30 days of the recorded shipping date. Custom orders may be returned on approval and for credit only.
